Who’s up for a semi-monthly list of all the podcasts I’m loving?? Meeeee! True life: I’m addicted to podcasts. I love them so much. Lately I’ve really been dreading going on runs (should I be telling the internet things like that??) (jk I’m a division 1 athlete and I love my sport and life is perfect and happy and awesome!!!) (that last part was a complete joke FYI) but listening to podcasts are really the only thing that gets me going and excited to exercise.
Also disclaimer: if you hate exercise, don’t do it. Find movement that you love that makes you feel good. No time to waste life doing things you hate.
BUT back to the point, I really love podcasts. I’m not sure how often I’ll be posting these, but I want to keep giving a list of some really good ones that are inspiring, encouraging, and body-positive, because all of us could use a little bit more of that in our lives.
